Features Coated Steel Planter

This coated steel planter gives gardens a timeless look. The treatment of the planter ensures that it is corrosion-resistant and lasts extra long outdoors. We make this planter from galvanized steel. After the planter has been produced, it undergoes a number of finishing treatments. For instance, the material is roughened for better adhesion of the powder coating. The powder coating is applied with a strong adhesive primer. Finally, the planter is treated with a hard Qualicoat Class 2 top layer. These layers ensure that the planter is of very high quality and scratch-resistant.

  • 5-year warranty.
  • Coated steel planters are very strong, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable.
  • The planter is made of galvanized steel, which is coated.
  • Material thickness of the steel is 1.5 or 2 mm.
  • Delivered as a self-assembly product.
  • Includes bolts, nuts, and an assembly manual.
  • Standard RAL colors are RAL 7021, RAL 9005, and RAL 9016. 

Important points to note:

  • Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt so that any moisture between the packaging and the product is not trapped. This can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
  • Keep the drainage holes clear so that excess water can drain away.
  • The warranty is void if you drill or grind in a manner that is not prescribed.
  • Clean annually by spraying dirt off the planter with clean tap water and treating it with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad for this. This will damage the coating.
