Refund policy

At Planten247.nl, we strive to make your plant experience as pleasant as possible. However, we understand that situations sometimes change, which is why we have established a friendly return policy.

1. Within 14 working days: If for any reason your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you can return the products within 14 working days.

2. In unused and unprocessed condition: We ask you to keep the products in unused and unprocessed condition, including the undamaged packaging. Just as we care for our plants, we ask you to do the same. Plants must not be repotted or planted in soil.

3. Let us know: Before returning the products, please contact us via info@planten247.nl and tell us why you want to return them. We would also like to see some photos to be able to assist you better.

4. Shipping costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns are always at your expense. However, we hope you enjoy the money you save by taking care of your plants.

5. Refund: As soon as we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to the account number known to us within 48 hours.

6. Discontinued products: Discontinued products (while stocks last) on sale cannot be returned. 

Unfortunately, non-perishable products such as plants and flowers cannot be returned due to their fragility and limited shelf life.

Custom-made products made of Corten steel, coated steel, aluminum, and polyester also cannot be returned. Do you want to be sure if your product can be returned? Then please contact us.
