Volledige 100% waterdichtheid is bij grotere, handgemaakte exemplaren lastig te garanderen. Gebruik daarom bij plaatsing binnen, zeker op houten vloeren, een plastic binnenvoering of liner om vochtproblemen te voorkomen.
