Packaging
Safe and protected: We understand how important your plants are, which is why all our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We want your plants to be happy and healthy, just like you!
Track and trace: As soon as your order leaves our green home, you will receive a track and trace number that allows you to track your package. This way, you always know where your plants are and when they will be delivered to your home. Please note: for very large plants or trees, there is no track & trace. Our delivery service will contact you personally via email or phone regarding the delivery.
Plant delivery
Keep a close eye on your track and trace. On average, our plants are delivered to your home within 1 to 4 working days, up to the first front door on the ground floor. Our estimated delivery times are intended as a guideline, and we would like to emphasize that no rights can be derived from them.
Pallet transport & Transport of garden furnishing products and street furniture Pallet transport costs Pallet transport (NL/BE): €39.99, free from €450. This will be indicated at checkout. Delivery with forklift If you choose delivery with a forklift, we will deliver your order within 5 working days. Additional costs for a forklift (cage lift) are €49.95.
Delivery time for out-of-stock products
For products that are not in stock, the expected delivery time is indicative and depends on the available production capacity. On the Friday before the expected delivery week, we will send a confirmation of the expected delivery day.
Unforeseen circumstances
Unforeseen circumstances may occur that could potentially delay a delivery. Consequential costs resulting from this cannot be claimed.
Accessibility of delivery address
The address must be accessible with a large 13.6-meter trailer.
No partial deliveries
Partial deliveries are not possible.
Additional costs for delivery to an island
If your delivery address is located on an island, additional costs may be charged afterwards.
Transport costs for failed delivery
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, redelivery, or return, we will charge the actual transport costs.
Unloading facility for large products
For the delivery of products larger than 2300 millimeters, you must provide an unloading facility yourself. This means: a forklift, crane, or other suitable solution. Additional costs for a mobile forklift (cage lift) are €49.95.
