Item not arrived in good condition?
If something goes wrong with a delivery, we would like to have the opportunity to resolve the problem for you. If you are concerned about the quality of an item, or if the item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via info@planten247.nl. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. We will then do our best to help you.
Please also ensure that you take good, clear, and sharp photos. Multiple photos of the product or plant (including from a distance), as well as photos of the product or plant in combination with the shipping materials clearly visible.
For returns, it is always required to contact us first and obtain our permission before returning the product. The return address will be provided after approval. For contact, please contact: info@planten247.nl.
Flowers and plants cannot be returned.
Please remember that we work with living products and that returns are not possible.
Custom-made products made of Corten steel, coated steel, aluminum, and polyester also cannot be returned. Do you want to be sure if your product can be returned? Then please contact us.
Corten steel products come with a 5-year warranty against structural defects. Please note that Corten steel is a living material that forms a protective layer of rust under the influence of weather conditions. Slight deformation or discoloration may occur due to temperature differences and rain loads. These characteristics are part of the natural nature of Corten steel and are not covered by the warranty, unless functionality is affected.
Discontinued clearance products cannot be returned.
Items that can be returned must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. It is important to remember the following:

Packaging: The returned items must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by a note with the order number. This enables us to correctly identify the return.

Shipping: Take the return to the nearest post office and send it to the return address provided by us:

Time limit: Returns must be shipped within 14 days.
- Use: Products must be unused and/or unprocessed.
- Shipping costs: The cost of the return shipment is at the customer's expense.

One shipment: Send the items you wish to return in a single shipment to ensure that the return can be processed quickly.

Refund: As soon as we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount within 3 working days.

Track & trace: Make sure you use a track & trace code when shipping the package. Without this code, no investigation can be initiated into any missing returns.
Own risk: Both the costs and the risk of shipping are at the customer's expense.
Exchanges: It is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different product, you must place a new order. Please note that discount codes cannot be reused if the code is no longer valid.
Complaints: If you have a complaint, we kindly request that you first contact us via info@planten247.nl within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear, sharp photos of your product. Please include your name, order number, and the nature of your complaint. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible and resolve the problem.
