Monstera in vase DIY package - Hydroponics

Description

Here is how to create your own Monstera in a vase: 1. Clean the vase and fill the bottom with water at room temperature. 2. Remove the plastic nursery pot from the plant and carefully remove most of the potting soil from the roots, with minimal damage to the roots. 3. Rinse away any remaining potting soil residue by holding the roots under running water, and then place the houseplant in the vase. Ensure that only the roots are partially submerged in the water. 4. Done! Simple, right? We thought so too. Now all you have to do is give it a nice spot. Important – Do not place the roots completely submerged in the water; instead, fill the water level to about halfway up the roots. This ensures the roots receive sufficient oxygen. It is also important to know that the Monstera is toxic to both pets and young children. Light requirements – The Monstera in a vase thrives best in partial shade or in a well-lit location with indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight for the Monstera. Watering – We recommend changing the water every two weeks. Lift the Monstera out of the bottle, discard the water, clean the vase if necessary, and refill it with water at room temperature.

    About our products

Please note: Plants are a living product and may differ from the photo and description. Plants 100 cm or taller may vary in height by 10%. Plants 100 cm or shorter may vary in height by 10 cm. The height of the plant is measured vertically from the bottom of the nursery pot to the top leaf. Our plants are delivered in a plastic nursery pot. All plants are packed and shipped directly from the nursery. Plants cannot be returned. Please note: Our Corten steel products are delivered unrusted. Corten steel is a ‘living’ material that can discolour and deform during the rusting process. This may result in irregularities in colour and shape. Some products are custom-made. These products cannot be returned. Therefore, please always contact us in advance to discuss this. The photos of garden furnishing products are taken from ground level. Please note that adjustable feet or placement feet may be present under the product. These must be attached to a concrete footing. Read our general terms and conditions.
