We manufacture our panels from galvanized steel. After the product has been produced, it undergoes a number of finishing processes. For instance, the material is roughened for better adhesion of the powder coating. The powder coating is applied with a strong adhesive primer. Finally, the panel is treated with a hard Qualicoat Class 2 top layer. These layers ensure that the product is scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and of very high quality.

Important Points to note:
Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt so that any moisture is not trapped between the packaging and the product. This can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
The warranty is void if you drill or grind in a manner that is not prescribed.
Clean annually by spraying dirt off the panel with clean tap water and treating with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad for this. This will damage the coating.
