These mini-fruits, with a diameter of 2 to 5 centimeters, are striking in their green, red, black, striped, or hairy appearance. Place the Deco Fruit in a glass bowl, create a floral arrangement with it, or put together something beautiful in combination with a wicker basket and place it on the table or by the front door. The possibilities are endless! It is the perfect Halloween decoration for indoors and outdoors, also suitable as Halloween outdoor decoration, Halloween garden decoration, and autumn decoration.

The Deco Fruit Giftbox contains mini versions of melons (which make an excellent pumpkin decoration for Halloween), tomatoes, gooseberries, kiwis, and gherkins. Please note, these decorative products are not suitable for consumption.

Care tips

The shelf life of these fruits is excellent. They remain good for several months, provided they are stored dry and outside the refrigerator. In a dried state, the fruits have a very long shelf life. Autumn and winter pumpkins can sometimes be stored for months. Over time, they will slowly dry out and gradually lose their color. Again, these fruits are not suitable for consumption.

Facts

Is a tomato a fruit or a vegetable? In 1893, the Supreme Court in the United States ruled that, according to American law, the tomato must be considered a vegetable (and not a fruit). In the Netherlands, too, the tomato is considered a vegetable. Just like the tomato, melons are also categorized as vegetables and are related to cucumbers. In fact, the gherkin is also a relative of the cucumber, so it also falls under the category of vegetables. Fortunately, kiwis and gooseberries are fruit, so we simply refer to them as Deco Fruit from Plants by Frank®. With these colorful, non-edible products, you can at least create the most beautiful autumn creations! Especially if you add some bark, autumn leaves, acorns, and chestnuts. A fun activity to collect together with your children or grandchildren.
