It is therefore important that the potting soil remains airy. Moreover, this potting soil contains the right components for optimal water management.

Mediterranean Potting Soil Properties
In Culvita Mediterranean Potting Soil, the best peat varieties are mixed with coconut coir to create an optimal growing medium. Clay has been added for better water management. Lime is added to achieve the correct pH value. Nutrients come from a special NPK fertilizer with trace elements, providing sufficient nutrition for the first 6 weeks. Additionally, organic fertilization is included for the first six months. RhizoPlus has been added to Culvita Mediterranean Potting Soil.
Although this product contains fertilizer, it will be necessary to fertilize over time. This depends on the needs of your plants. RhizoPlus is a mixture of mycorrhiza and other rhizosphere bacteria and fungi. The addition of RhizoPlus will ensure that the uptake of nutrients and water starts faster and more easily. Furthermore, RhizoPlus promotes natural balance.
Application of Mediterranean Potting Soil
Remove the plant's root ball from the pot. Remove the loose soil.
Use only clean pots. Clean the new pot and place it in water for a while. Place a shard over the drainage hole, sprinkle a layer of Culvita Mediterranean Potting Soil into the pot, and place the plant on top. Fill to the rim and also place some soil on the root ball. Press down lightly. Press firmly along the edge. Water as needed. It is recommended to place a layer of Culvita Hydrokorrels at the bottom of the pot for better drainage.
