We produce overlay profiles in Corten steel with a thickness of 2 mm in 5 different widths. You can also choose between an equilateral height of 50 mm or an unequal height of 50 and 150 mm. The length is 2300 mm per profile. Overlay profiles are available from 5 pieces.
The color of Corten steel is orange-brown and is formed by a natural layer of rust. Another name for Corten steel is weathering steel: weather conditions have a positive influence on the material.
Corten steel is a metal alloy consisting of iron, to which copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, and chromium have been added. When exposed to the outdoors, the material becomes covered with a protective layer of rust. This natural rust layer provides protection against further corrosion. This ensures the pedestals have a long lifespan.
