With our FORMA corten steel fire bowl make make your garden even cozier. This fire bowl has a distinctive design. The hexagonal fire bowl almost seems to emerge from the ground. This makes the fire truly the focal point. Gathering around the fire with family and friends is even more special this way. Additionally, the Corten steel combines beautifully with other Corten steel elements in the garden. The FORMA Corten steel turns orange-brown over time. Corten steel is a metal alloy consisting of iron, to which copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, and chromium have been added. When exposed to the outdoors, the material becomes covered with a protective layer of rust. This natural rust layer provides protection against further corrosion.

  • 5-year warranty.
  • Corten steel is very strong, wear-resistant, weather-resistant, low-maintenance, and durable.
  • Material thickness of the Corten steel is 2 mm.
  • The base of the fire bowl is made of 3 mm Corten steel.
  • Air supply at the bottom, allowing the fire to burn better.

Important points to note:

  • Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt so that any moisture between the packaging and the product is not trapped. This can cause irregular stains.
  • The fire bowl must be placed on a sturdy, heat-resistant, flat surface.
  • Products are delivered unrusted. The rusting process of the Corten steel takes approximately 4-5 months, depending on weather conditions. With our rust accelerator you can make your product rust faster.
  • Rust can be fixed by applying Owatrol. This is an impregnating anti-rust agent that forms a protective layer against rusting through. Owatrol protects the material and ensures that it no longer stains.
  • We advise against using Corten steel within a radius of 2 km from a coastline.
  • During the rusting process, rust water may come off the product.
  • The warranty is void if you drill or grind into the material in a manner not prescribed.
  • Clean annually by spraying coarse dirt off the product with tap water.
