This makes it easy to create a cozy corner in the garden. Made of Corten steel, the product has a powerful and warm appearance that complements all the greenery in the garden. A real eye-catcher!
The color of Corten steel is orange-brown and is formed by a natural layer of rust. Another name for Corten steel is weathering steel: weather conditions have a positive influence on the material.
Corten steel is a metal alloy consisting of iron to which copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, and chromium have been added. When exposed to the outdoors, the material becomes covered with a protective layer of rust. This natural rust layer provides protection against further corrosion. This ensures the pedestals have a long lifespan.

Points to note
Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt so that any moisture between the packaging and the product is not trapped. This can cause irregular rust stains.
We advise against using Corten steel within a radius of 2 km of a coastline.
During the rusting process, rust water may run off the product.
The warranty is void if you drill or grind in a manner not prescribed.
Every type of (hard)wood turns grey under the influence of UV radiation, weather, and wind. The final color depends partly on the initial color.
Wood is a natural product that shrinks or expands depending on temperature and moisture content. Regularly oiling the wood ensures that the moisture content remains more stable and limits shrinking and expanding.
Use stainless steel screws. Like almost all types of wood, hardwood reacts to contact with iron. This can cause severe discoloration, which may look like mold.
Clean annually by spraying off coarse dirt on the panel with tap water.
