De Philodendron Scandens Brasil komt oorspronkelijk uit de tropische regenwouden van Midden en Zuid-Amerika. Er zijn veel verschillende soorten Philodendrons. De meeste Philodendrons zijn klimplanten. In de natuur groeien ze met hun luchtwortels omhoog om wat licht op te vangen.

Philodendrons kunnen op een schaduwrijke plek staan, maar het liefst staat deze kamerplant op een plek met veel indirect licht.

De potgrond mag licht vochtig blijven, zonder dat er een laag water op de bodem blijft. Geef de Philodendron eens a twee keer per week water. Let daarbij op of het zomer of winter is. In de winter heeft de plant minder water nodig. Sproei de plant regelmatig met een plantenspuit om de tropische luchtvochtigheid na te bootsen.

Let op: planten zijn een levend product en kunnen afwijken van de foto en omschrijving. Onze planten worden geleverd in een plastic kweekpot. Alle planten worden direct verpakt en verzonden vanuit de kwekerij.
