Description
The Philodendron Scandens originates from the tropical rainforests of Central and South America. There are many different species of Philodendrons. Most Philodendrons are climbing plants. In nature, these plants grow upwards using their aerial roots to catch some light.
Philodendrons can be placed in a shady spot, but this houseplant prefers a spot with plenty of indirect light.
The potting soil should remain slightly moist, without a layer of water remaining at the bottom. Water the Philodendron once or twice a week. Pay attention to whether it is summer or winter. In winter, the plant needs less water. Spray the plant regularly with a plant sprayer to mimic tropical humidity.
