Kebony is an environmentally friendly process in which softwood is reinforced with a bio-based liquid. Heating permanently changes the wood structure, giving Kebony the color and properties of hardwood. The result is strong, weather-resistant, and ideal for outdoors — a sustainable alternative to tropical hardwood.

Kebony naturally expands hardly at all and shrinks marginally.

Hardwood Planter MORI Important points to consider:

Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt so that any moisture between the packaging and the product is not trapped. This can cause irregular stains.
Keep the drainage holes clear so that excess water can drain away.
The warranty is void if you drill or grind in a manner that is not prescribed.
