The Polyscias Fruticosa is also known as Aralia. This houseplant originates from Africa and Asia. Additionally, the plant is common in the Pacific region. It is not a shade plant, but rather one that provides plenty of shade. In nature, this plant can grow into a substantial tree.
It is best not to place the Aralia in a spot where a lot of direct sunlight enters. A spot in partial shade is best for this houseplant.
The potting soil should feel continuously slightly moist. Roots that are too wet are not good for the Aralia. Therefore, it is better to give small amounts of water at a time.
