- Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt, so that any moisture between the packaging and the product does not remain trapped. This can cause irregular rust stains.
- Clean annually by spraying dirt off the pergola with clean tap water and treating it afterwards with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad for this. This damages the coating.
- The warranty is void if you drill or grind in a manner that is not prescribed.
