• Products are delivered unrusted. The rusting process of steel takes approximately 4-5 months, depending on weather conditions.
• Rust can be fixed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating anti-rust agent that forms a protective layer against rust. Owatrol protects and ensures that the steel no longer stains.

• Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt so that any moisture between the packaging and the product is not trapped. This can cause irregular rust stains.
• The water features must be placed on a sturdy, level surface.
• During the rusting process, rust water may run off the product.
• The warranty is void if you drill or grind in a manner not prescribed.
• The pH value of the water must be neutral (7) so that the material is not affected.
• Clean annually by spraying coarse dirt off the product with tap water.
