With its warm and soft design, the SEARE HALO is a timeless Corten steel outdoor kitchen. The wood-fired SEARE ring is specially designed to distribute the heat gradually over the entire surface. This makes the ring perfectly suited for preparing your favorite dish. 

The ring slopes inwards so that excess liquid does not drip down the griddle. You can easily scrape the SEARE ring clean with oil and a spatula. By applying one last layer of oil to the griddle before storing it, you prevent rust. This ensures the griddle is quickly ready for the next use. Easy to maintain! 

For even more possibilities, you can use our grill set with flush grill. This flush grill can be placed at different levels: embedded in the ring or above the SEARE ring. This allows you to easily create different cooking and grilling temperatures. With this, you can create the most beautiful dishes!

• Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt so that any moisture is not trapped between the packaging and the product. This can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
• The griddle functions best after it has been used once or twice and the oil has burned into the plate. Cooking on the griddle becomes easier after this ‘seasoning’ and protects the plate against rust when not in use. After use, store dry or cover with our cover plate. We advise against using Corten steel within a radius of 2 km of a coastline. It is best to cook on the griddle with vegetable oil with a high smoke point, such as peanut oil or sunflower oil. Without maintenance, bamboo undergoes natural graying due to UV radiation. Please note: do you want to preserve the dark color of the bamboo? Perform the first maintenance immediately after the product has been installed. During the rusting process of Corten steel, rust water may run off the product. Rust can be fixed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating anti-rust agent that forms a protective layer against rusting through. Owatrol protects the product and ensures that the Corten steel no longer leaves marks.
