Appearance of the plant: The Calathea Ornata Sanderiana has beautiful, elongated leaves that are a deep, dark green color with striking pink stripes. The underside of the leaves has a purple tint. This plant can grow up to 45 cm tall and comes in a pot with a diameter of 17 cm. The leaves fold closed in the evening, creating a unique spectacle.

Location: This plant prefers a spot in partial shade or with indirect light. Direct sunlight can damage the leaves and cause their color to fade. The Calathea Ornata is ideal for indoors.

Water requirements: The Calathea Ornata has average water requirements. Keep the potting soil slightly moist, but ensure that no excess water remains in the pot. Water the plant approximately once a week and ensure high humidity.
