Description
Appearance of the plant: The Olea, also known as the olive tree, has glossy, lanceolate leaves that vary in color from silver-green to dark green. The leaves are narrow and grow close together, giving the plant an elegant appearance. In summer, the Olea can produce small, inconspicuous white flowers followed by olives.
Location: The Olea thrives best in a sunny spot, both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor locations must be sheltered from strong winds and frost. Indoors, the plant is best placed close to a window with plenty of natural light.
Water requirements: The Olea has moderate water requirements. Allow the top layer of the potting soil to dry out between waterings. In summer, the plant may need water slightly more often than in winter. Overwatering should be avoided.
Shipping: We pack your products in a sturdy box specially designed for (house) plants. The plants and potting soil are protected by a protective cover. The houseplants are secured in the box. This ensures your plant is delivered not only fresh and healthy, but also undamaged.
