This Monstera prefers partial shade or a bright spot with indirect sunlight. Never place the plant in direct sunlight to prevent the leaves from burning. A spot near a window with filtered light is ideal.

Monstera Adansonii Care Tips

Caring for the Monstera Adansonii in a globe glass is simple:

• Watering: Change the water once every two weeks. Lift the cork slightly and carefully empty the vase while leaving the roots inside. Then fill the vase with water at room temperature. Note: do not submerge the roots completely, but fill the water to about halfway up the roots so that the roots get enough oxygen.
• Humidity: This plant loves high humidity. Mist the leaves regularly or place a humidifier nearby to maintain humidity levels. Temperature: Ensure a warm environment between 18-27°C and avoid drafts and cold temperatures. Extra care: The Monstera Adansonii initially grows upwards but transforms into a hanging plant over time. Its perforated leaves and stems will then drape down the vase. Caution! The Monstera is toxic to pets and small children, so ensure that this plant remains out of their reach. Simply add water and give the plant a nice spot to brighten up your interior.
