After production, the steel receives a smart coating in three layers: a rough base, a strong primer, and a hard top layer (Qualicoat Class 2). This way, your garden post remains scratch-resistant, rust-free, and looks beautiful in the garden for years to come. Garden Post Coated Steel Important points to note:

  • Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt so that any moisture between the packaging and the product does not remain trapped. This can cause irregular rust stains.
  • Install the rails simply using a concrete footing or other foundation element. The loose posts? Secure them firmly with a ground anchor.
  • Clean annually by spraying dirt off the garden posts with clean tap water and treating them with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad for this. This will damage the coating.
  • The warranty is void if you drill or grind in a manner that is not prescribed.
