We manufacture our panels from galvanized steel. After the product has been produced, it undergoes a number of finishing processes. For instance, the material is roughened for better adhesion of the powder coating. The powder coating is applied with a strong adhesive primer. Finally, the panel is treated with a hard Qualicoat Class 2 top layer. These layers ensure that the product is scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and of very high quality.

Important Points to note:
- Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt so that any moisture is not trapped between the packaging and the product. This can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
- The warranty is void if you drill or grind in a manner that is not prescribed.
- Clean annually by spraying dirt off the panel with clean tap water and treating with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad for this. This will damage the coating.
